Nigeria

Moving company in Nigeria

Interstate relocations from Lagos and Abuja to every state, vehicle transport, storage and international moves in and out of the country.

How our interstate moves work

Long-distance moving needs planning, not improvisation. We start with the quote process — gathering your volume, access at both ends and dates — then pack, inventory and load, run the route, and unpack and set up at destination. Your belongings are covered by a goods-in-transit insurance policy throughout, and long-distance moves can be paid after the move with Pack Now, Pay Later through our partnership with Alt Bank.

Pricing

What decides the cost of a long-distance move

Distance is only part of it — these factors shape every interstate quote.

Volume and home size

A studio takes one crew and one trip; a four-bedroom house takes a larger team, more materials and sometimes two vehicles. Volume is the single biggest driver of a moving quote.

Distance and route

A move within Lekki prices differently from Alimosho to Ajah, and an interstate run such as Lagos to Abuja is priced on distance, fuel and crew time on the road.

Access at both ends

Floor level, lift availability, estate entry rules and how close a truck can park all change how long a move takes. Telling us upfront keeps the quote accurate.

Packing and materials

Choose full packing and unpacking, or pack yourself and let us handle the lifting. Fragile items such as fine art, antiques, marble and glassware are packed to a higher specification.

Specialty items

Pianos, safes, large appliances, gym equipment and vehicles need specific handling or a separate transport plan.

Timing

On-demand moves, weekend slots and after-hours office moves are scheduled differently from a weekday booking made in advance.

Standards

How to compare movers before you book

The same checks apply whether you're moving one state over or abroad.

Insurance you can point to

Ask whether goods-in-transit cover applies from pick-up. Every Packmyload move is backed by a goods-in-transit policy from the moment your items are in our hands.

A written, itemised quote

A credible mover quotes after understanding volume, distance and access — not a flat number over the phone with charges added on the day.

Trained, uniformed crews

Vetted, trained packers who use proper materials protect your belongings and your building. You can rate and tip your packer after the job.

A clear claims process

Ask what happens if something is damaged. Our claims are generally settled within two weeks of receiving the claim form and documentation.

Real coverage for your route

Confirm the company actually operates your route. We cover Lagos and Abuja locally, every state in Nigeria for interstate moves, and international relocations.

Everything under one roof

Packing, storage, cleaning, junk removal, vehicle transport and utility set-up handled by one team means fewer vendors to chase on moving week.
